Our Referral Program is a way to reward you, our clients! We are tickled that you are having success with your Beachbody Program and Shakeology. With your success, you’re probably bragging to your friends. That’s a good thing!! It gets more people excited about becoming fit and eating healthy. We will give you a gift for referrals to those that sign up with me as their coach.

5 Ways to Earn with Our Referral Program

1. Get 10 People to Sign Up for the Free Team Beachbody Membership

HOW TO REFER YOUR FRIENDS AND GET CREDIT

1. To insure you get the credit. Join Team Beachbody, if you haven’t already, and select me as your coach (Heather Buchman).

2. The client who you are referring must:
Email me at: Heather@MyFitnessTime.com and let me know that you are the person referring him or her as me for their coach. (I STRONGLY recommended that you also email me that you sent me a referral and that person’s name/email so I can keep an eye out for it.):

3. They can sign up for a membership with either the free or Premium Team Beachbody Club with me as their coach by logging into my website at www.HeatherBuchman.com

4. Once they do they have their account and are signed up, they can either order a fitness program, Challenge Pack, Shakeology or even join as a coach by visiting my website at www.HeatherBuchman.com and Log into the Team Beachbody website with their information.

5. I will notify you once the client has signed up and met one of the above criteria, i.e, free membership, premium, Shakeology, fitness program, challenge pack or coach.

Why I really hate the Ultimate Reset

I have mentioned I am on this 21 day journey with the Ultimate Reset/Cleanse. Well, you think cutting out all the meat, dairy and other stuff would be hard. In my day 1 video you think all the cooking would be tough. Or, maybe even just the thought of phase 2 and “detox” would be why I would dislike the Ultimate Reset.

NOPE! My reason for struggling with this program is it is making me look at ME! I have continually stated that this is a journey and I am learning about my habits. Can I deal with mindless nibbling, yes! I see it, I can break it and I can hold off. Will I carry this forward, absolutely!

What is so hard for me is the social habit I have with food! I find that SO MUCH of what I do revolves around food. I just turned down a very nice special dinner with close friends because I did not want to sit their and not enjoy good food and a glass of wine. Yes, I am committed to 21 days on this program, so I am skipping a nice meal with friends because of it. I am losing the social gathering of going out for dinner. Because, at this place being a vegan probably would not be very easy.

Quinoa Salad

I am now in week 2 of the Ultimate Reset, I have to say some of the meals are a keeper! I love the salads that they have in the program for lunch. At first it was kind of annoying to chop everything up, but now I actually love seeing a fresh colorful salad for lunch! I mentioned on my Facebook page about one of the salads I loved! It seems to be a huge hit. I want to share. I’m sharing to show you that you eat real food during this 21 day cleanse! It’s not about starving our depriving yourself of food! It’s not a juice cleanse. It’s about really eliminating processed foods! I am sure I am going to be keeping this Quinoa Salad into my regular meals! Give it a try and let me know what you think!

I love Tony Robbins, he reminds me of so many important things in my life! If you want to really feel great today, take 5 minutes. Stand up, close your eyes and really listen to what tony says in this 5 minute video. Really LET Gratitude into your life today! An, do this once a week. Feel how your life will change, how grateful you will feel for life!
