10 Day Fitness/Nutrition Challenge


My job as a Beachbody Coach is to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I understand the struggles with how hard it is to eat right and find time to schedule in a workout. I understand how the pounds slowly come on and how one day, we realize we are just truly unhappy with where we are.  But, I also understand how lost you become in all the facts with all the things to do, how to really eat right… that sometimes we get so overwhelmed and end up failing within a week or so after “getting started”.  I understand, because I have been there.  (My story at About me)

I want to change that. I am going to offer a one on one support and motivation 10 day challenge to you to help you get started on your path to success.  I am going to work with you on a 10 Day Journey to challenge to kick start your health and the the results YOU WANT.

I am going to create a simple plan where we can work directly together to get you past some of your everyday struggles to get you started on a path to eating right and feeling great.


Here is my offer to you and what you must be willing to commit to:

I will offer you:

1.  One on One Support for the 10 days.

2.  We can schedule an initial time to talk on the phone for a little pep talk, answer your questions and keep you on track.  Then after our initial call, I am available to help you with daily phone, email, or text check in’s to keep you on track.

3.  If you are on Facebook, we will have a private group where we can get together and share our strengths and our struggles. This private group will only be open to people that are in our challenge. So, we are all doing the same thing.

4. You have full email access to me. So between our calls you can also email me for support or your questions.

5.  Access to my Coaching Newsletters with even more tips and information to help you succeed.

6.  If you live in Columbia, MD you can join me at our weekly Fit Club.  Workout live with me and my friends.  Here is where we met.


What you must commit to:

1. You must be willing to sign up to have me as your Free Coach. Simply complete this form.

4.  You must commit to following the meal plan which will be provided to you for 10 days.

5. You must record your initial measurements/weight. (Chest, arms, legs, stomach…) I will provide you information on how to do this.  Then follow up at day 10 with new results.

6. Commit to staying in contact with me for 10 day challenge. Either on our one on one calls, via email, or via our Facebook group.

Basically, this is a CLEAN EATING and FITNESS Challenge.  It’s just 10 days to getting you focused and on track.    You will learn to eat lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats.  You will not be starving yourself.  In fact, you will learn to eat 5 times a day to keep your metabolism on high gear.  You will not have to count calories, points or eliminate any “foods groups”.  You will not be taking any pills or “magic potions.”  You will not be required to buy any prepackaged tasteless foods that leave you hungry.  Instead, you will learn portion sizes and how to shop and eat right.  Something, that can become an everyday lifestyle.
